One Week Fitness Plan
Often one week plan has been seen in a negative way. Quite famous plan is GM diet which will require you to follow strict diet based on which food are you eating on each day. It can have re bounding effect on 8th day onwards as your body's metabolism will be impacted in that 7 days. Whatever you gained in those 7 days will get lost if you don't adapt some of the habits you learned in those 7 days.
