Minimise Sugar Intake
Often we are inclined to foods and in particular Sweets, Chocolates, Deserts. Apart from these we also add sugar in Milk, Tea, Coffee and sometimes in our day to day diet. You have to start minimising sugar intake and try to have sugar twice or thrice a week and that too in limited quantity.
Slowly as your body is adapting, you can further minimise sugar intake to just 1 day a week.
If you are able to follow this in your day to day routine, you will be amazed to see how your body is responding without excess sugar intake by the month end and you will no longer have cravings anymore.
