Goal Based Plan

Goal based plan is for those who have already been into Health & Fitness journey at some point in their life. Goal based doesn't mean you have to enrol it to fitness program for certain days and then you can fallback into your unhealthy routine. Consistency is key in Goal based plan as well. Key area is to implement whatever you learned in your goal based fitness program to your daily routine throughout your life.

I have done one, four and twelve weeks program till date and it has yielding positive benefits in my healthy lifestyle.
