Brisk Walk after having Meal

We all have different times to consume our daily meals, but the end goal is same. The food you eat should be easily digestible before you go to sleep. 

To speedup the process all you can do with minimal effort is to have 15 mins brisk walk both after lunch and dinner. It will help in burning few calories which would ideally take long time in burning if you were ideal.
